For corrections
Include the article title or URL, the sentence or instruction that needs checking, and a reliable source if available. For a game-related issue, mention the platform, game edition and version where relevant. These details make it easier to distinguish an error from a platform-specific difference.
Please avoid sending passwords, account recovery codes, payment details or other private information. CG Games does not need access to your gaming account to consider an editorial correction.
Questions and collaboration
Suggestions should relate to video games or a practical gaming question. For collaboration enquiries, explain the proposal and any proposed sponsorship or supplied access clearly. An enquiry does not guarantee coverage or a positive recommendation.
Messages are reviewed when possible; a fixed response time cannot be promised. CG Games is an independent publication, not customer support for PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam or any game publisher. For account access, billing and refund decisions, contact the relevant service directly.
